Uncharted Learning Shipping Policy

As a drop shipping company, we work with multiple suppliers to source the best products for our customers. This shipping policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including shipping times, tracking, and other important information.

1. Free Shipping Policy

Uncharted Learning is proud to offer free shipping on all orders. We believe in providing the best value to our customers without any hidden shipping costs.

  • Shipping is completely free for all orders, regardless of order value or destination within the United States.

  • There are no expedited shipping options available at this time. All orders will be processed and shipped via standard shipping methods.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping time for most orders is 2-9 business days from the date of processing.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-9 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier.

  • Total Delivery Time: Processing time + transit time = 3-12 business days on average.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system and cannot be modified or canceled.

  • After an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

  • If an item is out of stock or there is a delay, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.

4. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all orders once they have been shipped.

  • Customers will receive an email with their tracking number and a link to track their order.

  • It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

5. Shipping Carriers & Methods

We partner with a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the best delivery experience.

  • Depending on the supplier, orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Carrier selection is determined based on the product, location, and fastest available shipping method.

  • We do not allow customers to choose a specific shipping carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • No PO Box Delivery: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Multiple Packages: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Uncharted Learning is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. However, we will assist customers in tracking down their orders.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • If you suspect your package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities.

8. Address Issues & Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, Uncharted Learning is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

  • If you realize an error in your address, contact us immediately at contact@unchartedlearning.com. While we will do our best to update it, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

9. Delays & External Factors

While we aim for timely delivery, certain factors may cause unexpected delays:

  • Holidays and peak shopping seasons

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Supplier or warehouse processing delays

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  2. Resolution Options: Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.

Due to our fast processing times, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
