1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to offering competitive pricing through drop shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason other than specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that, on rare occasions, items may arrive damaged or defective due to factors beyond our control. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Your Package Upon Arrival

    • If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, we recommend taking photos before opening the package to document the condition.

    • If the product inside is damaged, proceed with the steps below.

  2. Contact Us Immediately

    • Send an email to contact@unchartedlearning.com with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photos of both the packaging and the affected item(s).

    • Report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery to be considered for a resolution.

  3. Resolution Options

    • If the damage or defect is verified, we may offer a replacement or a partial refund at our discretion.

    • In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item to us. If so, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Order Issues & Incorrect Items

While we strive for accuracy in order fulfillment, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days

  2. Resolution Process

    • Once we verify the issue, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

    • Depending on availability, we may send a replacement or issue a partial refund.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from an error on our part.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Uncharted Learning is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing:

  1. Check with Neighbors and Household Members

    • Sometimes packages are delivered to a nearby address by mistake or placed in an unexpected location.

  2. Contact the Carrier

    • Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to contact the carrier and inquire about your package’s location.

  3. File a Claim

    • If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for reimbursement.

5. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

If a return is authorized due to damage, defects, or an incorrect item being received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return is properly documented.

Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns, including those sent without prior approval, may not be accepted.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Due to our fast processing times, we do not allow order cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@unchartedlearning.com, and we will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes.

7. Refund Policy

Since all sales are final, refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival and a replacement is not available.

  • If an incorrect item was received, and we cannot send the correct one.

  • If an order is canceled before it has been processed (in rare cases where exceptions apply).
